Club History
The Denver Bassmasters was chartered in the early 70's. The club has grown recently to approximately 40 members. Our current president is Tom Grace, he has served since 2007, and his contact info can be found on the home page. In order to further the growth of the sport of bass fishing in Colorado, the Junior Denver Bassmasters was formed to encourage youth participation. Please see the Junior Bassmasters tab for additional information. Various people from the club have gone on to fish the Federation Nation Qualifier for the Bassmaster Classic. Kurt Walters is the only member of the club that has ever gone on to fish in this aptly named Super Bowl of Bass Fishing at the 1999 Classic held in the Louisiana Delta.
